Fact: The right exercise along with proper nutrition – including foods rich in calcium – will help stimulate bone formation which, in turn, will contribute to improving your overall health.

If you do several 30-minute aerobic workouts every week, you'll improve your cardiovascular fitness in a matter of months. But when you have osteoporosis, it's also important to add exercises that make you stronger and more flexible to help you live an active, independent life.
