Quit Smoking
Step 3: Do a trial run
To help yourself get used to the idea, you can practice going without cigarettes for set periods of time. Tell yourself that you will not smoke today, and then DO NOT!
Instead of thinking of never smoking again, think in terms of quitting one day at a time.
Clean your clothes to rid them of the smell of cigarette smoke, which can linger for a long time.
Now you are ready for a fresh start!
