A. Your resume will be included in our automated candidate tracking system. If you posted an application for a specific job, your resume will be reviewed by the hiring group to determine if your background matches the requirements of the position. You will be notified by e-mail when your resume has been received. If you posted your resume but did not apply for a specific job, you should ensure that you have indicated your career interests. When a job matching your career interests is posted, you will automatically receive an alert informing you that a job matching your interests is available at Merck Frosst. You can then return to the website to apply directly on the posting. This way, you will always be informed of new opportunities matching your interests at Merck Frosst.

Q. How does the interview process work?
A. Once the preliminary screening process has been completed, there are generally one to two rounds of interviews. For the most part, as a first round candidate you will be interviewed by the hiring manager, several of his or her peers and, sometimes, one or more of your potential co-workers. Second round interviews generally provide you with an opportunity to meet with more senior or extended members of the team you may be joining. Interviews take the form of a dialogue where you can ask questions and learn as much about the team and Merck Frosst as we learn about you.
